In addition, in March 2006, Condat was awarded certification for its pulp and paper chains of custody in accordance with the PEFCtm standards and with the FSCtm standards. This was the first step in enabling the company to launch is range of certified 100% PEFCtm papers on the French market at the end of 2006.

The used of certified papers for the educational kits to be distributed to schools is also a timely reminder that paper plays a large part in forest development by making an active contribution towards the battle to curb greenhouse gases.
